Residential Rearload Driver position available in Jacksonville, TX, US.- Operates heavy-duty trucks for the collection of residential household waste.- Responsible for transporting material to disposal and transfer when trucks reach legal load capacity.- Safely maneuvers vehicle in residential environments.- Navigates high traffic, congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.

• Safely operate a heavy-duty truck to collect residential household waste in Jacksonville, TX, US
• Conduct pre-and post-trip inspections of vehicles following DOT regulations
• Report any safety concerns or service issues promptly to the Route Supervisor/Manager or Dispatch
• Participate in all required training programs, briefings, and meetings
• Collaborate with Route Supervisor/Manager to enhance route efficiencies
• Notify management of any incidents, accidents, or service interruptions
• Communicate customer requests effectively to Dispatch or Route Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure all receptacles are emptied and the customer's location is left clean
• Follow assigned routes and complete end-of-day documentation accurately
• Assist other drivers as needed to meet customer demands Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Education and Experience

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with an air brake endorsement
• Must be at least 18 years of age Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required

• The normal setting for this job is outdoors and/or driving a video/GPS-monitored vehicle
• Will be exposed to a physical environment, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements most of the workday Schedule:
• 10-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
