- Execute installations, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Skillfully terminate electrical panels, circuit breakers, and transformers, ensuring proper connections and compliance with electrical codes.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and manufacturer's specifications, ensuring accurate implementation of project requirements.
- Install a variety of lighting fixtures with precision and attention to detail, ensuring proper functionality and alignment with project requirements and lighting controls specifications resulting in proper function.
- Safely and accurately install receptacles and electrical equipment with careful consideration of project specifications and electrical codes to guarantee a reliable power supply.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness on job sites and during all electrical installations.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and devices effectively, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- If in a Lead Role: Complete all job-related documentation in detail, including project reports, installation records, and other relevant paperwork.
- If in a Lead Role: Work collaboratively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of electrical installations.
- A high school diploma or GED; Completion of four-year electrical apprenticeship is preferred.
- Possess 4 years of experience in commercial electrical installation, covering Tenant Improvements (TI's) and Ground-Up Construction from project initiation to completion.
- Demonstrate familiarity with OSHA and NFPA70 regulations, as well as standard electrical safety practices.
- Willingness to do the extraordinary on a daily basis.
- Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base. We are a performance-based company and pay will ultimately reflect the employee's productivity and overall performance.
