Job summary
We deliver biologic infusion care for patients with chronic autoimmune conditions. Our Flint clinic has been open nearly a year and is already a trusted partner in the local medical community.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Infusion Excellence – Lead the full patient arc from pre-review to follow-up. Confirm readiness before mixing. Prepare, administer, and monitor infusions with strict safety protocols.
- Clinical Systems & Documentation – Track labs, policies, and expirations without fail. Identify and close upstream gaps before they reach the chair.
- Medication & Compliance Stewardship – Protect drug integrity from receipt to administration. Dose accurately. Prevent wastage through careful preparation and monitoring.
- Clinic & Provider Leadership – Run the day-to-day clinic within protocol. Maintain a calm structured environment.
