    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Senior project manager within environmental group.
    • As assigned, management and oversight of assigned projects, including scheduling, scope of work, budget control, deliverables and supervision of entry level staff, sub-contractors, and consultants.
    • Brownfield and Connecticut Property Transfer Program related project work.
    • Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessment investigation and report preparation.
    • Assist in the design and execution of Remedial Action Plans and remedial implementation.
    • Client account management and client relations, including meetings and presentations.
    • Proposal and bid preparation for assigned projects, clients, and solicitations, including cost estimates, statements of qualifications and presentations. Related business development activities, implementation, and tracking.
    • Technical oversight including sampling protocols, field investigation activities, quality control and quality assurance for project activities, standard operating procedures, and reports.
    • Interaction with regulatory and government agencies
    • Stormwater, SPCC and UST compliance related experience
    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Science Degree Required.
    • 20 years of experience in Environmental Remediation Field
    • CT LEP
    • Ability to generate environmental work in CT market
    • Ability to work independently and direct others
    Technical Requirements:
    • Strong working knowledge of CT and EPA Environmental Regulations
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
    • Proficient with CADD
    Other Miscellaneous Qualities:
    • Ability to work independently or with a team.
    • Effective time management skills
    • Strong Business Development Skills and Client Management Skills
