- Identify and assess sales opportunities with specific accounts and territories.
- Establish longterm business relationships with customers.
- Achieve incremental sales growth.
- Maintain database of customer information.
- Facilitate Account Receivable and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Provide all aspects of account maintenance.
- Answer customer calls for product information.
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Manage expense budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Demonstrate above average written and verbal communication skills needed to influence without direct authority.
- Demonstrate organizational skills and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Has a basic understanding of the oil/gas industry and mechanical aptitude.
- At least a limited understanding of our products and services.
- Associate's degree in related field preferred.
- Typically at least 12 years experience in sales within oil field equipment and services.
- May serve as a resource to others with less experience.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend with good balance, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to sit, perform repetitive duties, use a PC and to talk and hear
- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 10 pounds
- Bring new ideas and solutions to supervisor.
- Most assignments regularly require some problem identification and resolution.
- Expected to identify opportunities and develop strategies, methods and innovations to enhance teamwork, efficiency and quality.
- Actions and decisions have a limited impact on financial results in assigned area.
- Will require time from crossfunctional groups on overall development.

Overview: Implements and supports sales strategies to gain market share within assigned sales
territory. Meets or exceeds annual revenue targets. Contacts new and existing customers on a regular basis.
