Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Seasonal Pool Server and bring exceptional service to our outdoor poolside guests In this lively role, you'll deliver refreshing beverages, light snacks, and friendly hospitality to create memorable summer experiences. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will ensure guests enjoy a safe, fun, and relaxing environment. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, food service, and providing outstanding customer care during the busy summer months. All roles are paid positions, offering valuable experience in the food and beverage industry. This is a seasonal position from May 25th to September 7th.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service poolside or at designated dining areas
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of drinks, snacks, or light meals
- Serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, and specialty coffees with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, counters, and surrounding poolside spaces
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling simple snacks or garnishing drinks as needed
- Monitor guest safety and address any concerns promptly to uphold a secure environment
- Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
Experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Customer service experience demonstrating positive interaction with diverse guests
- Serving experience at restaurants, banquets, or catering events preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic bartending skills such as barista experience or cocktail mixing is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and dietary considerations in the food industry
- Previous hospitality or banquet experience will help you excel in this energetic role
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
