A leading investment firm is hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator to support their recruiting and HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of HR and Recruiting team - around 2-3 recruiters
  • Schedule candidate interviews: via zoom and on-site interviews
  • Manage Global Onboarding process, including facilitating background checks and other pre-employment paperwork
