    Description

    Job Title:

    Program Control Analyst Location:

    Huntsville, AL Work from home flexibility - will be expected in the office 1-2 days/weekOverview: As a Program Control Analyst at X-Bow Systems, you will be a key player in managing financial aspects of our programs.

    You'll collaborate with project teams, analyze budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about aerospace technology, this role is for youResponsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

    Assist in the timely delivery of contract deliverables, such as cost reports and technical reports.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
    Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review.
    Analyze project performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
    Support program managers in financial planning and decision-making.

    Ad hoc reporting dutiesHybrid work environmentTravel up to 15%Required Skills/Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience in program management organizations.

    Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity Microsoft Project as well as other information systems/data managementSupport the development and/or maintenance of the WBS for schedule preparation and cost analysis.

    Track baseline and update financial performance.

    Perform work with minimal supervision, assist in establishing objectives, and be able to plan and schedule financial activities to accomplish objectives.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)Experience in production/manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with Government Contracting organizationX
