    Office Administrator / Receptionist

    As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you serve as the first point of contact for our U.S. office and maintain a well-organized workplace.

    • Serve visitors entering the office Act as escalation contact for building issues Coordinate entry card management and order supplies Maintain common areas Assist with document processing Support facilities projects Administer online safety training Update intranet content

    To succeed in this role,you need strong interpersonal skills ability to exercise sound judgment confidentiality comfort working dynamically prioritize tasks and solve problems independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Bachelor's degree considered Relevant experience in administration operations desired The Department Head considers a combination of education experience that varies from qualifications Additional responsibilities assigned All employees expected to follow SOPs Clario evaluates applicants without regard to protected characteristics
