We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion. This is a big aspect of the job as most job sites at this current time will be one to two man teams.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Manage turnovers and QC all work by yourself and other employees

*we give a gas expense

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Reliable Vehicle to work
• Must have own tools
