    The ASCO Power Territory Sales Engineer is a commercial resource in support of the respective wholesale channel footprint. The individual shall understand the wholesale distributor channel with a keen understanding how the wholesale distributors go to market.

    An in depth understanding of commercial strategy creation, customer buying habits and how to change them is required around the ASCO Power business with the distributors.

    The individual shall be capable of conversing and influencing change with all personnel engaged inclusive of C-level personnel, sales, counter, and other decision makers within the distributor.

    The individual must have experience in managing and implementing programs at all levels of the distributor. The individual must have computer skills to help support new tools and programs.

    Must be able to manage multiple initiatives within the distributor channel, work in a team environment, influence others, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

    Develop growth-oriented business plans with distributor. Gain agreement, establishing measure of performance to drive mutual accountability
    System of Management

    Implement ASCO System of Management (SOM) in the assigned US sales geography
    Clearly articulate business plans and growth strategies internally against stated goals
    Coordinate with Area Sale Manager/Field Sales distributor strategies in the markets


    Travel:
    Up to 25%

    Four-year technical degree, preferable industrial or engineering related and/or 1 to 3 years Business Development / Sales Experience
    Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Visio, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat
