    We are a leading Tax Resolution company located in Irvine, CA seeking a Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance and support to our internal users.

    As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

    If it can go down or needs to be upgraded, we need someone who will be able to learn how to do it, or know how to do itResponsibilities:
    Troubleshoot software and hardware issues reported by usersHandle any upgrades, system failures, etc.
    Provide desktop support for Windows and Linux operating systemsAssist with the setup and configuration of new workstationsRespond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and resolve technical issuesCollaborate with team members to identify and implement solutionsMaintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutionsAssist with the administration of Active Directory, including user account managementSupport LAN connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issuesRequirements:A proven problem-solverExperience in software troubleshooting and technical supportFlexibility to be somewhat 'on-call'Familiarity with help desk software, such as Remedy or similar toolsStrong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and LinuxUnderstanding of IT infrastructure components, such as servers, routers, and switchesBasic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and protocolsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users#J-18808-Ljbffr
