Job summary
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians Internists and Family Practitioners to deliver comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute rehabilitation long-term care and assisted living settings Our team cares for a range of patients from short-term rehab to complex geriatric cases aiming to improve access remove barriers and achieve optimal clinical outcomes As a Continuity Physician responsibilities include providing face-to-face primary care participating in educational sessions and collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants Available benefits include a competitive salary up to 300 000/year with incentives malpractice coverage PTO CME and comprehensive health plans This full-time role offers a flexible in-person work schedule with benefits such as 401(k) insurance options paid time off life coverage Qualifications required are current medical licensure D.E.A. certification board eligibility or certification
