    Description


    An employer is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Augusta areaThis person will be corresponding on the online chat portal, they may answer general inbound and, when needed, places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.

    Takes care of inbound messages and calls and emails relating to general payroll inquiries.

    Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of the company, services, and products.
