    Job Description

    Receive a $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus within 15 months of employment

    Position Summary:

    Responsible for oversight of the delivery of community clinical services for adults and young adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).

    Supervise and support clinical staff who utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based treatments, such as Healthy Transitions and monitor effective implementation of the model.

    Responsible for monitoring staff service delivery, productivity and required documentation. Provides diagnostic assessments, brief treatment and emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.


    Qualifications:
    Master's Degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required.
    LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, required.
    Experience implementing evidence-based treatment required.
    Experience with Substance Use Disorders preferred.
    Prior supervisory experience required.
    Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance required. Bilingual skills preferred.
    Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices in clinical treatment.
    Experience providing clinical supervision to staff.
    Ability to work independently and part of a team.
    Ability to communicate effectively.
    Ability to utilize a computer and Electronic Medical Record to complete documentation.
    Bilingual skills are compensated
