    BCBA Needed In Acton, CA

    ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Acton, CA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
    • Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors.
    • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members.
    • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to modify interventions as needed.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress reports, and assessments.

    Requirements:

    • Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
    • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
    • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience working with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities preferred.
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
