systems, home offices, and organizing storage.

Were looking for a Director of Operations - Installation in Hayward, CA. You will be responsible for overseeing the installations of our premium products by ensuring proper and timely installations, interacting with customers, and supervising the installation team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in the home installation or

remodeling industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting effectively

with customers

Experience managing and developing a team of 10+ individuals

An understanding in construction methods and procedures

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in inventory management software

systems
