    is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Civil Engineer/Regional Manager to join our team in the Tallahassee, FL office.

    As an Engineer Seller-Doer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and promoting our engineering services to clients.

    You will be responsible for managing the entire business development process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals, while also actively contributing to project delivery through your engineering expertise.

    This hybrid role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success in the engineering industry.

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Business DevelopmentIdentify and target potential clients and markets for engineering services.
    Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    Actively seek out and pursue sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
    Sales Process ManagementLead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
    Conduct thorough client needs analysis and propose tailored engineering solutions.
    Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
    Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and budgets.
    Project DeliveryLeverage your engineering expertise to contribute to project delivery and client satisfaction.
    Provide technical support, guidance, and advice to clients and internal teams.
    Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
    Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
    Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
    Market Research and AnalysisStay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
    Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and target new markets.
    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.


    RequirementsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
    B.S. in Civil Engineering or related fieldM.S.

    in Civil Engineering or related field5+ years Engineering experienceRegistration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain Florida certification.

    Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the engineering industry.
    Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
    Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Willingness to travel as required.
