    Location: Maryland (Virtual Position)

    Job Type: Full-time, Virtual, School-Based

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time virtual school-based role in Maryland.

    Job Description: As a Virtual School-Based SLP with our company, you will play a critical role in helping students improve their communication abilities and overcome speech and language challenges.

    Duties:

    • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate student'sskills.
    • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions based on students' specific needs and goals.
    • Providing direct therapy services to students,targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, and social communication.
    • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to speech and language support.
    • Monitoring and documenting students' progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed, and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes.
    • Providing guidance and support to teachers and parents in implementing strategies and techniques to promote speech and language development in the virtual classroom and at home.
    • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).


    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and state licensure in Maryland.
    • Experience in a school-based setting.
    • Knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapy techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.

    Virtual Requirements:

    • At least two years of school experience
    • Home computer with high internet speed
    • Must be able to pass a tech screen
    • Must provide your own liability insurance and be comfortable with 1099 pay
