The Larry H. Miller Senior Health Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Program offers hands-on experience under the guidance of a licensed Administrator, providing exposure to regulatory compliance, facility operations, finance, HR, business development, customer service,and clinical care across all company business lines. AITs receive valuable training while helping to ensure 5-star service and high-quality patient outcomes.
