Responsibilities
- Ensures Team Members deliver an outstanding guest experience with every guest every time by consistently modeling coaching the playground rules Sets clear expectations that the store Team Members be Guest Ready Orchestrates flow on floor caretaker every guest team member Works with Team Members develop clear action plans immediate future development Ensures every Team Member accountable action plans commitments Delivers motivating developmental feedback timely manner Creates culture being Simple Fun In-style Completes annual performance reviews monthly coaching conversations all Team Members Clearly understands driving factors success within business Identifies areas opportunity creates action plan improvement Understands Guest experience drives results Develops professional relationship Target Optical doctor applicable states ensures delivery components convenient collaborative consultative eye exam experience Meets regularly discuss current performance collaborate strategies build doctor retail business Ensures positive productive Target Host relationship contributes growing business Meets regularly discuss performance collaborate strategies grow retail business Recruits highest caliber talent maintains bench potential applicants Understands best performing Team Members work during peak traffic Creates schedules taking into account business trends forecast host traffic Owns adjusts schedules necessary meet business need Completes payroll weekly New hire personnel change paperwork Accountable stores shrink percentage Conducts Physical Inventory twice year Completes monthly Store Visit Form review RTL optical team Ensures all operating policies procedures followed include merchandising store presentation timely accurate implementation approved marketing programs promotions Accurate completion sales transactions utilization sales strategies resources
