Job Summary
We are looking for individuals who are personable articulate and positive to add to our already awesome team Demonstrates a strong needs-based sales and service focus as defined and measured in the Member Center and Corporate Balanced Scorecards and Business Plans Determines financial needs using a high impact questioning strategy educates cross-sells and services members/potential members on CEFCU/CEFCU Investment Services CIS products and services Serves as front-line member contact that is responsible for processing member account transactions completing appropriate forms resolving member account problems answering member questions Demonstrates knowledge efficiency to operate third-party software systems scanning checks verifying routing numbers researching transactions pulling statements ensuring check data sent successfully Federal Reserve Analyzes negotiable items special endorsements Maintains individual cash drawer limits balances nightly Ensures positive impact financial performance attaining balancing outage transaction volume referral sales credit upsale Creating Member Loyalty CML goals Maintains satisfaction use of CML skills presenting professional image Assists office performing duties assigned actively participates in teambuilding Demonstrates flexibility scheduling job duties.
