    Required Skills:

    • 6 years of work experience in GIS, project management, process development, or related field
    • Project Management experience
    • degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or a related field
    • closely with team members to ensure efficient project delivery and deadlines are met
    • dedication and enthusiasm in all assigned tasks, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations
    • quickly to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively

    Job Description:

    Provide vision and leadership and support its development and growth into new domains by working closely with industry experts throughout the company.

    • a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
    • customer success, maintain and expand Smallworld footprints through project execution
    • the liaison between professional services and our customers in the execution of project requirements
    • a team of GIS related skillsets
    • to supporting customers and their mission-critical systems and applications
    • to step up in into the technical role if needed
    • to play management role with high GIS technical skills

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • complex technology projects and programs: Use your consulting and project management skills to lead virtual and in person teams during all phases of implementation including requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration, and deployment. Manage scope, schedule, and budget to provide our customers and strategic partners with meaningful solutions.
    • a thought leader: Advise customers regarding innovative solutions using Smallworld technology and content to help them make better decisions. Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies.
    • our customers and know their business: Engage your domain experience to foster a sense of community among our customers in mapping and analytics, data fusion, and information sharing. Be familiar with the overall mission and operations of key industries including knowledge of common goals and initiatives, procurement cycles, and business processes.
    • with our customers: Discover the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Smallworld
    • and grow business: Provide business development support by defining project and strategies that further technology and implementation patterns with new and existing customers.
