Description
You'll be joining a firm that are big enough to give you the progression you're looking for, but you won't be treated like a cog in a machine, like you can be in some of the largest CPA firms.
The benefits are pretty good too.
You'll get open PTO, Summer Fridays, Medical Insurance, 401(k) with match, flexible work arrangements and health/wellness initiatives.
You'll have a leadership position in their Estates and Trusts team. It'll be a nice mix of compliance and planning, focussed on individual, fiduciary, gift and estate tax. You'll also take responsibility for maintaing and building client relationships in the Trust & Estates world.
You'll likely be working for a CPA firm and have a strong track record with Trust & Estates planning and compliance.
