    Territory Sales Manager - Neurosurgery Division (Entry-Level)

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join our organization as a Territory Sales Manager in our Neurosurgery Division.

    This is a remote position, but we do require that you live within at least 30 miles of the city listed.

    As an Entry-Level Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales of our innovative neurosurgery products within your assigned territory.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to launch a successful career in sales within the medical device industry.


    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.2. Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, surgical centers, and other relevant medical facilities.3. Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of our neurosurgery products.4. Coordinate and conduct in-service training sessions to ensure customers are knowledgeable and confident in using our products effectively.5. Keep abreast of market trends, competitors' activities, and new product developments to provide valuable feedback to internal teams.6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and sales activities using the company's CRM system.7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and targeted marketing campaigns.8. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to expand professional network and promote our products.9. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.10.

    Collaborate with other members of the sales team, including regional and national sales managers, to share best practices and achieve overall business objectives.


    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with medical professionals.3. Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve sales targets.4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.5. A driven and self-motivated mindset with a passion for sales and exceeding customer expectations.6. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 50% travel).7. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.8. Prior experience in medical device sales or related healthcare field is preferred.
