    About National Covenant Properties

    National Covenant Properties (NCP) is a church extension fund, which operates as a financial ministry affiliate of The Evangelical Covenant Church denomination. NCP provides investment products to members of Covenant churches and offers lending solutions for local congregations as they seek to expand their facilities and ministries.

    Summary

    The Investment Services Representative for National Covenant Properties (NCP) will serve as the front-line specialist to field inquiries from members and affiliates about investment and borrowing solutions with NCP. An ideal candidate will be tech savvy, knowledgeable of IRAs, HSAs, and Certificate of Investments and have knowledge of basic accounting principles. As the Investment Services Representative, you will be instrumental in supporting NCP operations and advancing its mission by promoting excellent service and support to account holders, borrowers, and colleagues.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Process and expedite internal and external inquiries
    • Manage and maintain files and office database
    • Provide administrative backup and support
    • Participate in promotional events
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Knowledge of investment products
    • Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting practices and procedures.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work well independently or collaboratively in a team setting
    • Ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar accounting software
    • Proficiency in SalesForce or other CRM software

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelors degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting or equivalent education and experience
    • Previous customer/client service experience in the financial services industry
    • Possess Series 63 Securities license or ability to pass exam within 90 days of hire date
