    Essential FunctionsAssembly of equipmentService and repair of InstroTek and other laboratory testing equipmentInteract with customers regarding repair and field equipmentCollaborate with other InstroTek departments including Production, Engineering, and SalesProvide phone support to customersProvide calibration documentation for the customers' compliance requirementsPerform Full 3 and 5 Block Nuclear Gauge CalibrationsFollow ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 guidelinesUse custom software (CalPlus Pro) in the calibration processProvide overall support of the gauge service teamKeep a clean, orderly, and safe work environmentParticipate in Continuous Improvement activities as requiredOther ResponsibilitiesModel the company's mission and values and foster a positive, cohesive workplace and congeniality among co-workersUnderstand the goals and culture of the organization, and understand how employees' work activities, teamwork, and customer service impact clientsWork with your supervisor and colleagues to understand these goals and the cultureAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, and Division standard operating practices and protocolsPerform other duties as assigned to ensure business needs are met.

    RequirementsMinimum Experience/EducationProvide outstanding customer service, including the ability to remain professional and respectful under pressure when dealing with difficult situations, to team and customersExcellence in completing all tasks and performance goals.

    Requires standard troubleshooting skillsHigh school diploma Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for long periods of time.
    Candidate must be able to lift 35 lbs. continuously and 50 lbs. occasionally.
