- Help execute projects for an array of clients, taking direction from senior Creative team members
- Implement rounds of internal and client revisions with accuracy and speed
- Create and maintain copy and concept documents (Microsoft Word & PowerPoint)
- Proof and self-edit all copy
- Participate in brainstorms and articulate creative ideas while meeting client objectives
- Assist with conceptual work and the development of pitch decks
- Actively pursue opportunities to improve professional skills and knowledge of your craft
- Entry level to 2 years of writing experience across multiple platforms (social, editorial, marketing, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other related field
- Command of the written word and a strong understanding of grammar/style
- Ability to self-edit and proof your own writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and an eagerness to learn
- Portfolio of work (school/spec work is okay) demonstrating a strong sense of style and voice
- Able to thrive in a hybrid (remote & in-office) work environment

teamDigital is seeking a self-motivated Jr. Copywriter with a passion for language to join our growing Creative team. If you love a great turn-of-phrase, have an opinion on the Oxford comma (but also don't mind bending grammar rules) and find writing inspiration everywhere – from social media to cereal boxes – then we want to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They must also have a demonstrated ability to interpret and write effectively in multiple brand voices.
As a Jr. Copywriter, you'll work directly within the Creative department to create industry-leading campaigns and digital experiences for some of the world's most innovative brands. You'll support senior writers in developing attention-grabbing, action-driving copy for social, web, mobile, eComm, direct mail and more.
This opportunity offers a flexible remote/in-office work model. Plus, if you're cool with unlimited snacks, a dog-friendly office, and an in-house gym – we've got all that, too.
