    Key Responsibilities

    As the Senior Accountant, you will:

    • Perform month-end close activities required to produce financial statements
    • Prepare monthly journal entries, including reoccurring entries in accordance with the monthly schedule
    • Weekly cash reporting
    • Prepare and analyze account reconciliations for assigned accounts
    • Accounts payable
    • Accounts receivable invoice confirmation
    • Accounts receivable
    • Financial analysis and reporting
    • Assist with annual audit preparations
    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • CPA Certification (preferred)
    • Prior work experience in related accounting experience (minimum 4 years)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
    • Highly organized & detail oriented
    • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential material
    • Strong problem solving, decision-making, listening and creative thinking abilities
    • Bilingual in Spanish- preferred

    Job Type:
    Full-time (Monday to Thursday in person and Friday is remote)

    Summary

    The Senior Accountant participates in month end close and maintains financial reports and records. In addition, the role also includes the processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables.

    The ideal candidate will be adept at Microsoft Excel and possess strong analytic skills and prior experience with the industry, software, and job responsibilities.
