    Description

    Account Executive candidate will be responsible for daily management and coordination of various integrated marketing projects and campaigns. The individual will serve as a key point of contact between the Agency and the Client; and must be able to provide strong leadership and effective direction to other functional teams to ensure that the agency is properly delivering on client expectations.

    • Responsibilities
    • Working closely with more senior members of the account team and the agency's cross-functional teams in

    managing all client duties and deliverables.

    • Leading and supporting production and execution of all creative work,
    • Managing weekly status reporting by working with internal agency departments.
    • Drafting and disseminating conference reports after every client meeting.

    ensuring quality control of all materials and creative deliverables.

    • Working with Project Management to develop and manage all project timelines.
    • Working with Account Management and Planning teams to identify consumer trends and insights that inform

    creative briefs and agency points-of-view (POVs).

    • Generating production jobs and estimates with Production team.
    • Managing all traffic materials to respective media outlets.
    • Managing payment all talent usage/holding fees with Production and Finance.
    • Working with senior members of the account team in the development of Statements of Works/Service

    Agreements to a level of presentation readiness for internal staff and client

    • Managing all financial budget phasing reporting and analyses, working directly with more senior account

    management and Finance teams.

    • Managing quick response to needs and requests of clients
    • Supporting new business endeavors, including organic growth of assigned account(s).

    Qualifications

    • Have a strong interest in creativity and in building strong relationships between brands and consumers.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher. Have at least 2+ years of experience at a marketing, advertising and/or

    promotion agency, preferably in an account or project management function.

    • Possess exceptional project management and multitasking skills.
    • Aspire to develop, lead and present ideas and proposals, as well as interpret research and client

    objectives/strategies to positively impact the client business

    • Must have a strong ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with little direct supervision
    • Be a good listener with the ability to take detailed direction well and act accordingly.
    • Have a passion for marketing, advertising and consumer trends.
    • Have strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
    • Experience working healthcare or managed care is a plus.
    • Fluency in Spanish or other language a plus.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
