- Monday-Friday: 9AM to 3PM
- Offer transportation and supervision for various activities including work, recreation, and social events.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of vehicles when transporting residents, adhering to secure tie-downs and seat belt protocols.
- Execute housekeeping duties encompassing maintenance of living areas such as kitchens, restrooms, bedrooms, and floors.
- Adhere to meal preparation and dietary management standards, following food safety guidelines and individual healthcare plans.
- Provide personal care aid including changing, dressing, and assisting with daily activities.
- Complete required documentation using the Therap system and other relevant tools.
- Monitor and achieve goals aligned with each individual's Individual Support Plan.
- Conduct evacuation drills and maintain records of outcomes.
- Participate in organizing person-centered outings and track behavioral observations.
- Comply with agency, state, and federal regulations and policies, utilizing necessary platforms like PolicyStat.
- Attend to medical emergencies based on health service plans, accompany residents to medical appointments, as needed.
- Identify and communicate maintenance concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to work schedules and leave policies judiciously.
- Carry out Medication Administration training, administer medications to residents, and maintain accurate MAR entries.
- Record vital signs and health-related data for residents.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without adjustments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Keen organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
- Aptitude for functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
