- Working side by side with engineers to review Drawings, Technical Data Sheets, Customer spec, Quality Clauses to ensure performance of product is in accordance with customer requirements.
- Perform internal / external RCCA and respond to customer claims
- Provide relevant instructions to Quality personnelin support of inspection plans and first articles.
- Manage and Supports all internal audits, supplier audits & AS9100 audits
- Participate in continuous improvement projects & problem solving drills
- Maintain inspection records, daily technical support and monitoring of inspection activities, including data collection
- Perform product validation & qualification activities
- Maintain, monitor and report out on quality KPIs
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferred) and/or 5+ years ofEngineering or similar experience
- FMEA/Control Plan knowledge
- AS9100 requirements experience in processing and reviewing of first articles
- Internal & external Audit experience
- Familiarity with management ofRoot Cause Analysis along with the tools &methodology
- To comply with ITAR, must be US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
- Full-time position, 5 days on site
