- Manage the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment within the assigned area.
- Oversee operations in Orangeburg and Sumter, leading a team of technicians and assets.
- Achieve market base profitability through effective fleet and maintenance management.
- Review capital equipment requisitions aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Optimize vehicle asset utilization.
- Conduct fleet evaluations for maintenance standards.
- Create and maintain a safe and efficient operational environment.
- Participate in financial reviews and corporate programs.
- Supervise department personnel needs and performance evaluations.
- Provide training, presentations, and submit reports promptly.
- Direct supervision of a team of full-time employees.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant work experience.
- Experience: Three years of relevant work experience and supervisory roles.
- Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver's license required.
- Motor coordination and physical exertion may be required occasionally.
- Exposure to occupational risks and varied physical environments.
- Normal setting for this role is an office environment.
