- Key Responsibilities
- Performing preventative maintenance following the work management system and providing detailed feedback on completed work.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing contractors.
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of electrical safety concepts and techniques such as OSHA and NFPA 70E.
- Diagnosing equipment breakdowns, participating in Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations, and maintaining electrical distribution systems.
- Monitoring, repairing, and maintaining the electrical distribution system that powers gas & oil treating and water injection facilities, including various essential components.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the electrical distribution system.
- Executing switching, isolating, and grounding of medium voltage electrical distribution systems.
- Adhering to OSHA Regulations.
- Following all safety, security, and environmental practices and procedures.
- Handling manlift operations.
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and participating in investigations to identify root causes.
- Performing corrective maintenance using advanced skills such as troubleshooting and critical thinking.
- Providing oversight on contractor work to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Evaluating maintenance program performance and exploring predictive maintenance analytics in collaboration with engineering.
- Promoting the use of new technologies to optimize facility reliability.
- Reporting any activities that may impact operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
- High Voltage/lineman/substation experience.
- Preferably certified, licensed, or has completed an apprentice program.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with work management systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
- Proficiency in mechanical equipment and automation/instrumentation systems.

Ideal candidates have completed Industrial Instrumentation schooling, possess a relevant associate's degree, or have extensive experience in maintenance and operations within automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems.

Base Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000
