    Assistant Store Manager

    The Assistant Store Manager is a key role at Han-Dee Hugo's, responsible for providing leadership and support to our Customer Service Representatives. This position requires proficiency in operating Point of Sale equipment, Credit/Debit cards, Lottery systems, ATMs, Fuel Dispensers, and other store equipment.

    • Lead by example: Set a positive tone in the store and provide guidance to CSR’s on customer service standards.
    • Maintain accurate records: Assist with completing paperwork, scheduling, cash handling and inventory controls.
    • Merchandising and stocking: Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.

    This role also involves:

    • Safety procedures: Perform fire extinguishing tasks safely and effectively.
      Climbing or balancing frequently required as part of daily duties,e.g., accessing storage areas or restocking shelves). Boost employee motivation through effective communication techniques leading employees across stores developing them into highly skilled professionals that contribute significantly towards customer satisfaction ever increasing profit margins!!
