Job summary
We have an immediate need for a Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of experience in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions.This person can sit in any of our offices, with a preference for Denver, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas or Washington DC
,
- Experience with outside general counsel work is helpful but not required.
- Strong academic performance superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position,
- We are interested in candidates that are growth-minded thrive in a dynamic collaborative fast-paced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on our deal teams.
