A prestigious law firm is seeking a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join its Client Service Team (CST). This role provides high-level legal administrative support to attorneys, utilizing specialized knowledge of the firm's practice areas. The ideal candidate will have at least seven (7) years of legal administrative experience with strong expertise in Florida local and state electronic court filing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide superior client service by assisting attorneys with case management, scheduling, and client communication.
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Facilitate the electronic filing of legal documents in Florida state and local courts and ensure compliance with court rules.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless workflow.
Maintain and organize client case files using appropriate record-keeping software.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to assist in document preparation.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree a plus. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Proficiency in Florida local and state electronic court filing procedures is required.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Keyboarding skills of 60+ WPM with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Office-based role requiring regular use of computers and office equipment.
Medium work: Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and work at a desk for extended periods.
Visual acuity required for reviewing documents and data entry.
