    We're looking for a skilled Mass Save Auditor to help Massachusetts residents and businesses improve their energy efficiency, save money, and reduce their environmental impact. The program is a partnership between the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, utility companies, and energy suppliers. Qualified homeowners can receive a free energy assessment, guidance on saving energy, rebates, and other incentives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

    • Illuminate homes with thorough energy assessments aligned with Mass Save standards.
    • Empower homeowners with energy-saving insights, from simple fixes to advanced solutions.
    • Brighten homes with instant energy savings, installing efficient fixtures during assessments
    • Explore every nook and cranny for energy inefficiencies, from attic to basement.
    • Ensure safety and efficiency with combustion tests and infrared scans
    • Record every detail with precision and thoroughness
    • Engage residents with informative discussions on energy efficiency
    • Spark adoption of energy-saving upgrades, from weatherization to HVAC enhancements
    • Shine light on any other tasks required to make homes energy-efficient

    • OSHA10
    • Experience in the Mass Save Program or other energy programs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Pay: $18 to $24 Hourly
