    Key Holder Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Key Holder to join our team at Joe's Jeans. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service and leading by example on the sales floor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • • Motivate the sales team to achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • • Support Store Manager in achieving total store goals and KPIs.
    • • Educate the sales team on store sales plan, personal goals and statistics.
