    Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist in Osage Beach, MO

    Required Skills
    • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    • Valid state medical license to practice in Missouri
    • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
    • Proven experience in OB hospitalist roles, including managing deliveries, OB triage, and gyn emergencies
    • Excellent clinical judgment with the ability to handle high-acuity situations
    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
    • Proficiency with Meditech Expanse EMR system
    Nice to Have Skills
    • Experience covering unassigned GYN emergencies and unplanned deliveries
    • Prior work with hospital-employed CNMs and APCs
    • Familiarity with hospital protocols and ED procedures
    • Ability to provide consultation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
    Preferred Education and Experience
    • Medical degree from an accredited institution
    • At least 2 years of OB hospitalist experience preferred
    • Current Missouri medical license and board certification in Ob/Gyn
    Other Requirements
    • Coverage starting December 31, 2025
    • Willingness to work in a clinical, call, and on-call setting
    • Ability to handle approximately 13+ patient encounters daily
    • Compliance with all state, federal, and local laws regarding licensure, certifications, and paid sick leave
    • Willingness to travel for locum assignments and manage related reimbursements
