    Description
    OVERVIEW Participate in a 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program (iTech U Cohort) with primarily self-paced activities, some instructor-led, and hands-on project-oriented activities supporting our internal ServiceNow Project Navigator. After successful completion of the program, the employee will be eligible to be placed in a client support role that will likely support a ServiceNow project. Additional training will include job readiness courses, guest speakers, and demos. The client support role could be developer, tester, QA, analyst, BA, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
    • Develop custom items, features, and workflows to satisfy business needs
    • Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
    • Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms
    • Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations
    • Design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal
    • Other duties as assigned
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, and customer-centric attitude
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work as part of a team
    • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
    EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline or the equivalent of education and experience. We might consider someone who is very close to completing their degree but would have to have special permission from Jeremy.
    • ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA)

    CLEARANCE:
    • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher
    • Pursuant to a government contract, US Citizenship is required
