    Senior Administrative Assistant

    Work Mode: Hybrid

    Location: Onsite at Kohler, WI

    Opportunity

    Under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer, the Senior Administrative Assistant will help leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives that drive business results. This individual will create structure in the function by managing calendars, gathering and organizing information, helping to execute departmental communications, and supporting project management efforts. It is crucial that this individual develop strong relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Builds strong relationships throughout the Energy Group organization, particularly with the executive leadership team. Communicates professionally and articulately to build credibility.
    • Manages highly complex calendars to ensure that leadership is prioritizing meetings that focus on strategic initiatives to drive the business forward.
    • Prepares and processes expense reports, makes travel accommodations (flight, hotel, and transportation) and dining reservations, and develops itineraries.
    • Develops, maintains, organizes, and stores departmental documents such as organizational charts, job descriptions, meeting agendas, and financial reports.
    • Develops, proofreads, and disseminates departmental communications.
    • Prepares reports that highlight business results and statistics to help leaders make evidence-based decisions.
    • Gathers information and develops talking points for leadership meetings, pulling content into concise and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
    • Supports project management efforts by documenting outlined deliverables, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication throughout the project team.
    • Partners with the Information Technology department to procure technology resources to maintain the department's productivity

    Skills/Requirements

    • High School Diploma and 8-10 years administrative experience required. Continued education in Business Administration helpful.
    • The ideal candidate is a self-starter, focused on accuracy, and flexible. Candidate must have stellar interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of leadership. Experience with reporting and project management is preferred.
    • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    The
    hourly range for this position is $ $30.45. The specific hourly rate
    offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including
    the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available
    benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
