- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff members
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
- Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws
- As leader of your clinic location or multiple locations, you will be responsible for supervising all clinicians and non-clinician teammates at your locations and ensuring the properly complete their daily responsibilities.
- You will be responsible for annual performance evaluations on all direct reports and reviewing evaluations for indirect reports that are the responsibility of your supervisors.
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
- 5+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
- 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed
- Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset
- Frequent use of upper extremities for palpation, reaching, lifting or transporting materials.
- Able to lift, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information.
- Frequent and/or prolonged periods of moving throughout office.
- Occasionally kneels, crouches, bends or stoops while effectively maintaining balance.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations, the Operations Manager is a hands-on role for someone looking to shape the offices that they manage.
This person should be excited by the opportunity to shape a powerful narrative and join a team invested in the next stage of TOI.
The Operations Manager serves as the leader for 3 clinics in the area, in Chula Vista, Vista, and Hillcrest.
You will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of the clinics, ultimately focusing on providing best-in-class patient care, all while creating a culture of excellence for your team.
In addition to providing exceptional patient care services at your assigned locations, the operations manager has the responsibility to ensure locations are adhering to OSHA regulatory standards, following all safety protocols, and managing patient care in a HIPAA compliant way to protect patient privacy.
The Office manager has multiple direct reports including supervisors, front and back-office staff and is critical in ensuring their assigned clinic locations perform at or above defined operational, quality, and financial metrics.

Salary Range Estimate:
