    Summary The Pricing Analyst will work with team leadership to support our lawyers with structuring, modeling and negotiating client and matter level fee arrangements.

    In addition, the Analyst with assist with client and matter management, various billing rates processes, Firmwide financial analysis and other initiatives to enhance the strategic pricing goals of the Pricing Team and the Firm.

    Duties and Responsibilities Provide support in developing rate proposals, alternative fee arrangements, fee estimates, matter budgets and pricing options in response to client requestsAssist in responding to the pricing and financial components of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other business development pitchesProvide support for the annual billing rate setting process and perform ongoing benchmarking analysis and maintenance of standard hourly billing rates throughout the yearAssist with various projects, including analysis of historical matters, to support the pricing and budgeting processProvide analysis and regular reporting to support client and matter management needsAssist in the identification, documentation and monitoring of alternative fee arrangementsDevelop/enhance financial templates and models to expand upon and streamline existing processes surrounding the Firms pricing functionQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the Duties and Responsibilities (Duties) above satisfactorily and meet the requirements below.

    Education and/or Experience:
    Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or FinanceA minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
    Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
