    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic team-player to join our small team as a Program Specialist.

    As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including fiscal management, database management and processes, as well as provider management and onboarding.


    This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our non-profit organization that supports youth in the community and the juvenile justice system.


    In this position, you will have opportunities to collaborate, consult and problem solve with essential stake holders and representatives across the Juvenile Justice System spectrum, including Colorado Division of Youth Services (DYS), Colorado Youth Detention Continuum (CYDC-SB94) and Denver Collaborative Partnerships (DCP) to aid in connecting youth to resources and services.


    As a Program Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts through data collection, analysis, and integrity.

    You will be responsible for reporting data and creating presentations that effectively communicate data findings and system processes to the state, as well as developing program resources and providing custom data support across contracts.

    Essential Physical Functions
    Must be able to lift, or raise up or down up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
    Must be able to communicate and exchange information verbally in a clear, concise and legible manner in English.
    Ability to hear clearly to utilize phones.
    Must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 50%.
    Manual dexterity for operating computer, calculator and/or other office equipment.
    Mobility for inside office access to files, office equipment, etc.
    Must be able to drive a vehicle for mobility around town.
    Clarity of vision, with or without correction, for driving safely.

    Compensation

    $21.15 to $25.96 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

    Requirements


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree

    21 years of age

    Home phone

    Good driving record

    No criminal record

    2 years in cost accounting and budget management

    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word software

    Good communication skills, verbal and written
