About this role:
Participate in soliciting residential mortgages from various sources and produce high quality loans which are compliant and provide excellent customer service

Offer loans, negotiate terms, and take applications for a dwelling-secured transaction within the Private Mortgage Banking Sales functional area

Analyze best mortgage loans based on client's need in order to ensure compliance and maximum customer satisfaction

Present recommendations for producing loans and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of Private Mortgage Banking Sales functional area, policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and generating loans

Provide information regarding the loans to consultants and functional colleagues

Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide them with a high quality loan service

Required Qualifications, US:

2 years of Private Mortgage Banking Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Required Qualifications, International:
Experience in Private Mortgage Banking Sales, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
