Established pool service company in Town N Country/ Westchase Area hiring a dependable route technician. All accounts are within 3 miles of our store and a company truck/ gas is provided while on the job. A clean driving record for the PAST 3 YEARS is required and applicants must be at least 23 YEARS OLD to qualify for Commercial Insurance.

  • This is Monday - Friday with daytime hours Part-time or Full Time available
  • You will have your own route, equipment, and receive paid training
  • Ideal for someone in landscaping, pest control, maintenance, or outdoor maintenance who wants consistent work
  • Previous service technician experience is a plus
  • Ability to work with tools is a PLUS
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality maintenance
  • MUST speak and read ENGLISH FLUENTLY

We will train you in the field to test pool water chemistry, the proper way to apply chemicals to balance pool water, clean pool walls and remove debris from water and filters on a set weekly residential route. Starting pay is at $17-$20 per hour (based on experience) with opportunities to earn commission after 90 days. We provide paid training, year-round work (not seasonal), Independent work environment. You Need reliable transportation to and from work, must be able to work in the Florida heat, and have good communication with customers. No experience necessary, you just need to have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, have a willingness to learn, excellent written and spoken communication and customer service.
