    Ivy Rehab for Kids is contracted with many private and public schools in the area to provide the same quality skilled outpatient services we provide in our clinics to the school locations.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide school outpatient therapy services as prescribed by the physician
    • Provide exceptional care through evaluation, design, and implementation of care
    • Perform school screenings in the fall of each year
    • Review evaluation results, integrate findings with other disciplines, offer recommendations, and develop individual education plans and intervention plans to achieve annual IEP goals
    • Promote and assist patients in progression of care to achieve optimal outcomes
    • Encourage family involvement and independent maintenance in the least restrictive environment
    • Bill for treatment while adhering to compliance standards
    • Document appropriately and efficiently
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other health care professionals
    • Maintain a safe environment

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
    • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in respective state
    • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
