    Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist - Remote or On-Site in Burbank, IL

    We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Burbank, Illinois. This role offers the flexibility to work either remotely or on-site, catering to your professional lifestyle and preferences. Ideal candidates will be adept at delivering high-quality speech therapy services and committed to enhancing the communication skills of students in a supportive educational environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each student.
    • Collaborate with school personnel and parents to promote the best outcomes for students.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and adapt therapy plans as required.
    • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates on student progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Valid Illinois SLP license or CFY status.
    • Experience in a school setting is beneficial, though not mandatory.
    • Strong ability to deliver therapy sessions effectively, both remotely and in person.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
