Working Conditions include: Standing for the majority of shift. Working in and outside of the restaurant with weather gear provided.

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
Competitive Pay starting at $16 an hour for full-time/full availability ; Along with a competitive pay-check, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills.
If your availability changes for a 90-day period, such as for a school schedule, etc., you may be subject to a wage decrease. However, the same is true if your availability opens up for more hours or days, such as during the summer when school is out of session.
